WHY I BECAME A PERSONAL TRAINER ?

 

I played competitive football and tennis from the age of 8 and so I've always been aware of how specialist coaching and training can really affect how your body moves. I've always been interested in sport (almost too many to mention !) and keeping fit. It's this love of sport that has led me to share my passion and beliefs to help my clients achieve their health and fitness goals. I'm quite lucky that by helping people get the results they want, I also get to share that good feeling.

Personal training and fitness has always been a passion of mine. I began my fitness career in 2005 working in various gyms and freestyle training companies in London.  I am fully qualified, Level 3 personal trainer, with 13 years' experience.

 

My main client base is around Streatham Hill / Balham / Tooting Commons, or I can provide personal training sessions at your home.  

 

I cater to women and men on a 1:1 basis or can train you as a couple, either in your home or outdoors.
