I am a Level 3, fully qualified PT with 14 year's experience
Personal training and fitness has always been a passion of mine.
I began my fitness career in 2005 working in various gyms and freestyle training companies in London.
Combined with my Central London gym clients, I have built up a good local client base in
Streatham Hill and Balham. I am available to train at your home, garden or local park.
My specialities include:

Why I became a Personal Trainer
I played competitive football and tennis from the age of 8 so have always been aware of how specialist coaching and training can really affect how your body moves. I've always been interested in sport (almost too many to mention !) and keeping fit. It's this love of sport that has led me to share my passion and beliefs to help my clients achieve their health and fitness goals. I'm very lucky that by helping people get the results they want, I also get to share that good feeling.
